Warm Up with a Werewolf Contest

First--good news: over at Amazon.com my book has a cover (go ahead, take a peek if you want. I'll wait.).

Done so soon? Cool. ;-) So, there are two ways to describe this winter from where I am: Brrr and shiver.

With that in mind, let's give away a copy of Maggie Stiefvater's werewolf novel (first in her Wolves of Mercy Falls series) SHIVER. I'm going to let this contest run until Thursday at 7am. It'll be international. I'll roll the dice and announce a winner by 8:30am Thursday morning. So, all you need to do to enter is leave a comment about why you'd like to win SHIVER.

Simple enough, right? Hope you're staying safe and warm!

I would love to win because werewolves are the coolest thing ever! Better even than zombies!

I want to win SHIVER because who doesn't want to read about werewolves?? And it will help pass the time until 13 to life comes out :-)

This is an amazing book! I did the audio version of Shiver the first time through, would love to be able to read it.

Also right now, granted i dont have as much snow as the mid-Atlantic, but i think Sam would be happy here at the moment lol.

I would like to win Shiver because there are not really any good werewolf books that interest me and this one does!

I'd like to win 'cause it's a really cool name, I like werewolves, I love reading, I've read lots of good reviews, and I get more points in "Take the journey" for reading books by authors I've not read before.

I didn't like Shiver much when I first read it, but I've grown to appreciate the little intricacies within it. Would definitely love to win it. :D

Shiver is an amazing book! The cover is beautiful and the writing is even more so. I'd love to win a copy for my library.

You guys are so funny ("better than zombies" "will help pass the time until 13 to life comes out")! :D

The roll of the dice confirms Kate is our winner! Congrats, Kate, I'll email you shortly to get your address. I hope you enjoy the book!

I have to say I really enjoyed SHIVER (read it and NEW MOON after I finished book 1 and was like: Cool wolves!). If you haven't read it, I suggest you give it a shot. It's a cool use of split POV and very much a sweet love story.

Isn't keeping safe (wow, what big pecs. you have!) and warm two very good aspects of werewolves? And think if you were climbing up Mount Everest, you'd want someone with a good-over body temp.! :)
Plus, they're supposedly partly dog as well, which is considered to be man's best friend.
